    小兜 の 厨房记

    想做寿司已经很久了
    自打看第一部日剧的时候
    就已经下定决心要大干一番
    但是由于百般原因
    我这小小心愿直至今日才得以如愿
     
    哈哈哈哈
     
    那我就来讲讲这过程和心得
    要是哪天你也有兴趣也不妨试试
    看着家人朋友能够吃到自己亲手做的美味
    这心里就只有两个字---"得意"来形容啊
     

           第一步 --- 备齐材料 :

           寿司帘、寿司饭(米饭:糯米=6  :1)、寿司醋(如果觉得原装进

            口的太贵,可以用米醋加糖、盐调配,醋:糖:盐=5:2:1)、

            鸡蛋条(煎好的鸡蛋饼切成长条状)、黄瓜、蟹柳、方肉、色拉

            (如果你喜欢芥末的话,当然也是可以的^^) 、烤紫菜(请注意

            不是海苔)

      

            

          第二步 --- 铺饭:

            铺饭可是很有讲究的,既不能太多,也不能太少。太多的话,包

             不起来;太少的话,又干瘪瘪的。 海苔的下边各留出点空挡,不

            用全部铺满(注意铺的时候手上蘸点水,米饭就不会年在你手上 )

                               

     

     

     

     

               

           第三步 --- 加料:

            这一步没有什么太大的讲究,喜欢什么就加什么,我加了黄瓜、鸡蛋

            和方肉,要知道这些馅料到了已经完全改革了,日本似乎不放这些:P 

     

              

     

     

     

      

     

            第四步 --- 卷起来:

              用帘子托着最下面的饭和海苔往上卷,同时用手指压着饭里面的

              料,防止在翻的过程中把料漏出来。 在卷的时候始终保持尽量用

              手指收紧帘子的感觉,这样卷出的卷够结实!!!

     

     

     

     

      

     

              第五步 --- 整形:

                把已经卷好的寿司,用竹帘包住。你喜欢圆的,它就是圆的;你喜

                欢方的,它就是方的。 接下来就是切寿司了,这可不是什么省事儿

                的活。找一把锋利的是成功的一半,还有一半就是每切一刀的时候,

                必须在刀上沾水!

              这样切出来的才不会歪歪扭扭的.

              根据专业人士的介绍,切的时候

              可采用拉锯式切割,保证效果好,

              嘿嘿^^

     

     

              

              噹 噹 噹~~~噹 噹 噹~~~

              这就是成品啦!

              套用《大长今》里面皇帝最爱说的一句话 --- 真是美味可口啊!

              哈哈哈哈。
